Day 1: Hanoi – Halong (L;D)

Transfer to Halong by private car. Boarding the junk at arrival and enjoy fresh seafood lunch then cruise among breathtaking scenery. Visit to Surprising Cave then stop for swimming on a beach. Over night on the junk. 

Day 2: Halong – Ninhbinh (B;L;D)

After breakfast, cruise further for more sightseeing. Lunch on boat before reaching the pier. Car picks up and drives to Ninh binh. Overnight in hotel in Ninhbinh.

Day 3: Tamcoc – Cucphuong national park (B;L;D)

Boat paddling to visit Tamcoc, the Halong bay on land. After lunch, drive to Cucphuong national park. Visit to Rescue center and cave of pre-historic men. Diner and overnight in bungalow.

Day 4: Ninhbinh - Maichau (B;L;D)

Morning exercise and breakfast then take a short trek to explore the dense tropical rain forest. Early lunch then drive to Maichau, home of Thai minority. Take a stroll to visit people and explore their daily life. Relax and enjoy traditional music performance in the evening. Overnight in the house on stilts.

Day 5: Maichau – Hanoi (B;L)

Drive to visit another village of Back H'mong minority. Lunch en route then drive back to Hanoi.

Trip ends at 4pm.
